Tsavo East

Tsavo East is a Kenyan national park that spans over 13,747 km² and was founded in April 1948. It covers a semi-arid region that was once called the Taru Desert. The park, which is located in Kenya, is part of a larger area of about 22,000 square kilometers that includes Tsavo West National Park. English and Swahili are the languages spoken in the area, and personal documents are required for visa.
